Kate, founder of Divine Alchemy, was ready to evolve her business. She had outgrown the e-commerce store she started with and wanted to rebrand as Kate Living—a more personal, mission-led brand that blended her pharmaceutical background with her passion for wellness and self-care.
I was brought in to shape her brand positioning and write compelling website copy that reflected the next stage of her business. I began by researching her audience, analysing her competitors, and identifying a clear gap in the wellness market: credible, science-backed supplements rooted in self-worth, not fear.
From there, I developed a messaging framework built around her core belief: that radical self-love starts from within. Her new brand voice needed to be equal parts expert, empowering and rebellious. I used her background in pharmaceuticals to establish authority and paired it with emotionally resonant messaging that invited customers to see self-care as an unapologetic act of self-respect.
Kate launched her new website and brand as Kate Living with confidence. While I was not involved post-launch, the project successfully repositioned her from product-based seller to purpose-led founder. The final website copy captured her voice, clarified her value, and helped her stand out in a crowded wellness space.
