Thailand Retreats is a family-run business based in both Thailand and the UK that offers one of the finest portfolios of luxury villas across Thailand. Focussing on four core locations: Koh Samui, Phuket, Krabi and Koh Phangan, the villas are handpicked by the team, offering a variety of accommodation options for people to enjoy, whether on holiday, honeymoon or their wedding. The team were looking for remote support to help analyse their current standing and provide tailored marketing support to become more visible to their existing audience and help them drive more leads.
To get an understanding of how their business was performing, I took a look at their lead generation and noticed that the two main areas fuelling their pipeline were PPC and social media. The business didn’t have customer profiles in place at the time, so to start with I undertook an audit, looking at their analytics and social media data to get a better understanding of their audience demographics and how they engaged with the company. From here, I used my findings to create a customised content plan to focus on three areas.

To ensure the company was regularly engaging with its audience which included creating a social media strategy, complete with customer data, tailored hashtags, posting times and content pillars.
To ensure the company was positioning itself in the right places and had clearly defined marketing goals, which included implementing the results of the SEO keyword research, rewriting existing landing pages to ensure they were correctly positioned and creating a content plan—which included emails, blogs and social content.
