Taste of Thailand, a food tour startup based in Bangkok, needed to stand out in a crowded hospitality market. With a strong product but minimal online visibility, they brought me in to take charge of their social media presence, build an engaged community, and help fuel a successful launch.
I hit the ground running—after experiencing their tour, I conducted further customer research to identify what made their tours truly unique and translated those insights into a clear social media strategy. My approach focused on storytelling, culture, and community. I created original content, managed daily engagement, and took photographs that captured the spirit and flavour of Thailand. By positioning the brand as more than just a tour, an immersive culinary experience, I built a loyal and engaged following across platforms, encouraged conversation, and boosted reach organically.
Within just six months, Taste of Thailand became the top-ranked food tour in Bangkok—a city of over 12 million people. Engagement soared, the community grew rapidly, and the foundation I built continued to shape their social direction long after my contract ended.
